I lost my father many years ago, but I can say he was a fantastic Dad to us children.

My husband is also a great provider and fantastic father to our children. I am a very lucky lady all the way around.

On warm summer days my father used to bring us over to a beach close to our house and we would play in the water. He would teach us and challenge us to swim out to the dock, and then after we went swimming we would sit on the beach in the sand.

My father used to take us kids one at a time on a secret night were we would do something fun just one on one. My favorite was going to see Scrooge at the movie theater. I will always cherish those nights for it was just you and Dad.
