My daughter, Age 6 has always been allergic to eggs. We discovered this one afternoon when she was 15 months old, my husband had given her eggs for breakfast. My daughter broke out in hives, later it was confirmed she was allergic to eggs. We met with an allergy specialist who talked to us about egg allergies, she even handed us a pamphlet on what my daughter could and couldn't eat. When her 2nd Birthday came around I struggled to find someone who would make an egg free birthday cake, unfortunately I couldn't find anyone.
