A light and sweet topping, A fabulous alternative to traditional frostings for cake, Great as a yummy topping for pancakes, waffles and more!  Ingredients: 1 tub of Cool-Whip 2 TBS Strawberry Jam Actually, you can use a variety of different jams or preserves for this recipe! Blueberry jam, Peach preserves, etc I added 2 drops of red food coloring to perk up the color to a nice and pretty pink! < This is optional and totally your choice to do so! Blend using a whisk or hand mixer until jam is fully incorporated in the whipped cream.
