I had a chance to review this lemon/cheese grater I have to say I really think this is my new favorite kitchen tool! First off I decided grate some cheese to see if it would actually work and it really did an excellent job of grating of the cheese perfectly. It was very smooth to grate the cheese, very easy to use, this grater is durable and sustainable, I will say that it is very well-built. Next, I decided to zest lemon for a lemon cheesecake, The results I got with the greater were phenomenal. It did not clog up and it was very very easy to clean off the cheese and clean the lemon off the grater. My other favorite aspect of the product is that it is multi functional, grating cheese, lemons, or limes, yes I tried limes and again it turned out phenomenal everything is zested & grated perfectly.
