Yummy! I love cheesecake, especially a cherry cheesecake, The cherries are 100% optional. You can go with other options, Fresh strawberries, canned blueberry pie filling, drizzles of chocolate or just a naked, bare cheesecake! Any option you choose is totally up to you! I chose cherry, Let's face it Cherry Cheesecake is my all time dessert, it's almost a sin how much I love cheesecake, not just cherry all different kinds of cheesecake, even though cherry tops my list! I've always been interested in baking ever since I was little girl, I still remember standing on a kitchen chair because my tiny legs were much to small to reach the counter to help my grandma roll out cookie dough. Baking is my getaway it's relaxing and I enjoy it. I always thought pie crust was hard to make for some reason, therefore I never was interested into making my own and always bought pre-made pie crust. Boy oh boy was I surprised to learn it really is easy to make, cost effective and you probably have all the ingredients in your cabinets right now! The other day  I was in a rush and had no time to run to store to purchase premade pie dough. I quickly looked online and used the first pie crust recipe I ran across. This pie crust is incredibly easy and being a busy mom it was a recipe that was right up my alley! In less than 20 minutes I had my pie crust ready to use. I love cheesecake, Especially cherry cheesecake! I recently stumbled upon a recipe, one that is simple, fast and super easy to make in under 10 minutes. I tweaked the recipe a tad bit! This dip is perfect for parties or just making for a yummy treat at home! The ingredients are easily purchaseble at your local mass retailer or grocery store! Ingredients  8   oz.  Regular or fat free  cream cheese   softened   10   oz.   non-dairy whipped topping 1   c.   plain nonfat Greek yogurt I used stonyfield brand  1/2   c.   fat-free sweetened condensed milk 21   oz.   can  Premium Cherry Pie Filling I used Great Value brand, found at Walmart. Instructions Beat together cream cheese and non-dairy whipped topping until well-combined. Mix in Greek yogurt and sweetened condensed milk until combined. Spread into a dish. Top with the cherry pie filling. Chill until ready to serve. Usually 1-2 hours  Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, pretzels, or other yum
